Refund Policy

Before work begins

Cancel any time before a booster is assigned for a full, no-questions refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 3–5 business days.

After work begins

If you cancel mid-order, the completed portion is calculated against the calculator's per-division (or per-service) pricing and the remainder is refunded pro-rata.

If we fall short

If an order can't be completed as sold, you choose between a full refund of the unfinished portion or a free re-run/extension. Quality complaints (e.g., a privacy option not honoured) are reviewed within 24 hours and compensated with partial refunds or credit.

Non-refundable cases

Orders fully completed as described; delays caused by the customer playing ranked during a piloted order; publisher penalties unrelated to our conduct. Chargebacks on delivered orders may result in a permanent service ban.
