1. The service

DivineBoosting ("we", "us") provides game progression services ("boosting") performed manually by contracted players. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you own or are authorised to use the game account involved.

2. Game publisher terms

Boosting and account sharing may violate the terms of service of the relevant game publisher and can result in penalties up to and including account suspension. You accept this risk when ordering. We mitigate it through manual play, VPN matching and privacy options, but we cannot eliminate it and do not accept liability for publisher-imposed penalties.

3. Account access

For piloted (solo) services you provide login credentials, which are encrypted and shared only with your assigned booster. You must remove payment methods from the game account and may change your password immediately after completion. Selfplay/duo services never require credentials.

4. Order completion

An order is complete when the purchased rank, rating, win count or service milestone is reached, as recorded by the game's own systems. Estimated completion times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: full refund before booster assignment; pro-rated refund of the unfinished portion afterwards.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not play ranked games on the account during an active piloted order, charge back a completed order, or harass our staff or boosters. We may suspend or cancel orders that breach these terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not affiliated with any game publisher.
